Seasonal Inspection Information

Annual Inspection of Heating system will include: Check of thermostat operation Clean or replace air filters Check burner tubes; Clean if necessary Check and adjust gas pressure Check pilot or ignition assembly Check for proper draft and chimney operation Check all safety and operating connections Check blower motor; Oil if applicable Visually inspect all flue gas passageways for excessive deposit build-up and corrosion.	Annual Inspection of Cooling system will include: Check of thermostat operation Clean or replace air filters Check all electrical connections Oil condenser fan motor, if applicable Check fan blade Check condenser coil, Clean if needed Check temperature difference over cooling coil. Check refrigerant charge and record levels to monitor for possible leakage.
We also offer Seasonal Inspection Agreements, which would include us coming out to inspect your cooling system once and also returning to check the heating system once. You will save about $50 dollars on the two inspections when you purchase them together in the Seasonal Agreement. Also customers with Seasonal Inspection Agreements will receive a discount on any repairs they might throughout the duration of their contract.
